- Verify that votes come from within or near the community the business serves.
- Improve the accuracy and trustworthiness of local recommendations.
We do not collect or store precise GPS coordinates.
We do not sell or share location data with advertisers.
After the retention period expires, location data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
If you choose not to allow location access, you may still use the site, but some voting features may be limited.
IP Data:
When you interact with voting features, our systems automatically record your IP address. We use IP addresses only to:
- Verify that votes originate from relevant geographic regions.
